Engineering leadership lives at the intersection of code and strategy — and that's exactly where I operate.

I'm the VP of Engineering at hireEZ, where I lead R&D across the full product and infrastructure organisation. Over the past 18 months I've rebuilt the engineering leadership team from the ground up, scaled delivery through a period of compounding product launches, and pushed a culture where every IC understands the business context behind their work — not just the ticket in front of them.

Peers describe me as “an engineer who can sell” — deep enough in the stack to challenge technical decisions from first principles, broad enough to walk into a QBR and tie R&D outcomes directly to ARR, retention, and GTM execution. I operate from a 3yr → 1yr → 6mo planning frame, and hold to a simple decision principle: company first, then department, then self.

Before hireEZ, I spent 3.5 years at Cognizant as a UI Lead delivering web, Android, and IoT projects for US and EU enterprise clients. I hold a BTech in Computer Science from IIT Mandi.
